1. We seek out Physicians who are Board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care

   All of our physicians are board eligible in Hospice and Palliative care; they are highly involved with the care of each of our patients.

2. We pride ourselves on our quick Response and Attentive nature to our staff, referral sources, our patients and their families

3. We have a highly trained and educated staff who’s ultimate concern is to go above and beyond in caring for our patients and their families in the communities we serve

   Our team members have been trained and educated in Hospice, Home Health and palliative medicine. We encourage our staff to develop a relationship with our patients and their families that is within the patients comfort levels and that exceeds their wishes and expectations.

4. We will strive to have a LCSW or Physician go with the Nurse on initial assessments

   Our excellent physicians who have made themselves available to us and our patients will work their schedules, where possible, to be present during an admission assessment or to meet the patient shortly after their admission.

5. We provide ongoing education and awareness for physicians, staff, and the community

   As a team we believe that education and awareness for our staff, the physicians we work with and the communities where we serve is an important part of what we do. We strive to make ourselves and our education team available to anyone who may have questions about Hospice and Home Health.

6. We provide an excellent bereavement Program

   Bereavement is a part of who we are, and what we do. Our bereavement team has assembled a program that provides the support for family and caregivers as well as staff members to deal with the loss of their loved one.

7. We have an exceptional Volunteer Program

   Our hospice volunteers are a critical component to our team and our care. We have an excellent volunteer program with highly trained and experienced volunteers.

8. We focus on Quality not Quantity

   Many of our team members have served in the hospice and home health community for many years and have seen firsthand what our patients have given to us and the communities they reside in. In return for their life of service we desire to give them all that they deserve including exceptional care and our love and compassion.
